Nick Thompson and I want to congratulate you and your teammates on the wonderful event at Solano Guest Ranch last night. (Nick is the gentleman who suggested getting Chef Hunter to move here and open a restaurant near Dove Mountain!)

 

Early in the evening, I had inquired about the  V.I.P. hors d'oeuvres.   We were particularly fond of the circular "nest/cups" with date and lemon, as well as  the toppings on the artichokes.  I'd love to know more about them, please!

 

We look forward to attending more of your dinners in the future.
